KPIs Definition Project
This Project was aimed at setting the KPIs for the various program areas to help guide decision making and measure program progress. It was done in collaboration with subject matter experts and required a descriptive analysis and time trends of the various programs that are being run in the Office of Community Services

- Established KPIs based on the median volumes and ratio of staff to clients across the program areas
- Setup effective data pipelines and cleaned up data to be able to focus on and develop the relevant metrics for measuring program effectiveness
